Sales Terms — Portrait Pro
1. Seller and Scope
These Sales Terms apply to every purchase of the Portrait Pro pack on PixGenia.com and complement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Content Policy. The seller is PixGenia, operated from France; contact: legal@pixgenia.com. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. The Product and Its Price
The Portrait Pro pack consists of 20 AI-generated portraits of the person shown in the selfies you uploaded, at 1024 × 1536 pixels in PNG format, without watermark, across 5 backgrounds and 4 outfits, delivered on a private download page (individual files and a ZIP archive) and by e-mail link. The download link is valid for 30 days after purchase.
The price is €24.90 including VAT, payable once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of checkout; it is charged in euros through Stripe, which may offer you to pay in another currency at Stripe's exchange rate. The two watermarked previews shown before purchase are free.
3. Ordering and Payment
You upload 2 to 4 selfies, give the required consents (processing of images of your face, 18 or older, own face or written permission), choose a style and receive two free previews. Clicking "Unlock the 20 HD portraits" takes you to a secure Stripe Checkout page where you enter your e-mail address and payment details. The order is final when Stripe confirms the payment; you then receive a Stripe receipt and, once the pack is complete, our delivery e-mail.
We never store your card details. If a payment fails or is not completed within one hour, the order is cancelled and your previews remain available on the tool page for the retention period stated in the Privacy Policy.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and starts immediately after payment: the portraits are generated in batches and appear on your private page as they are ready, usually within a few minutes and at most within 24 hours. The delivery e-mail containing the private link is sent when the pack is complete. If, after 24 hours, fewer than 16 of the 20 portraits could be generated, we refund the full price without you having to ask.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
The pack is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. During checkout you expressly request that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 13°, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m)).
Independently of that waiver, we refund the full price on simple request sent to legal@pixgenia.com within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any portrait (individually or as a ZIP). Once a portrait has been downloaded, the pack is deemed delivered and no refund is due, except in the cases of section 4 (non-delivery or fewer than 16 usable portraits) and of the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following). Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our acceptance; on refund, the download link is revoked and the portraits are deleted.
6. Your Warranties and Acceptable Use
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that the selfies show your own face or that you hold the written permission of the person shown, and that your use of the portraits will comply with the Content Policy and applicable law, including any obligation to disclose that an image is AI-generated. The portraits keep their C2PA content credentials and are labelled as AI-generated. You may use them for any personal or professional purpose; we claim no rights over them.
7. Liability, Law and Disputes
The likeness and quality you can expect are shown by the two free previews. AI generation may occasionally produce artefacts; that is why we deliver 20 portraits and why section 4 sets a minimum of 16 usable portraits. Beyond the refund described above and any mandatory consumer rights, our liability is limited to the price paid.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please write to legal@pixgenia.com first; we answer within 14 days. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or a consumer mediator, without prejudice to their right to bring the matter before the competent courts.
