Content Policy
1. Purpose of This Policy
PixGenia is a creative tool, and we want it to remain safe and open for everyone. This Content Policy defines what may not be created with the Service. It applies to every prompt submitted and every image generated, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Absolutely Prohibited: Content Sexualizing Minors
Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or content that depicts, suggests, or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a minor in a sexual context, is absolutely prohibited. This prohibition has no exceptions, including fictional, stylized, cartoon, or "aged-up" depictions.
Attempts to generate such content will be refused, and we reserve the right to block the responsible visitor and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.
3. Other Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create: non-consensual sexual content, including sexualized depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent; content depicting gratuitous violence, torture, gore, or the abuse of people or animals; content that harasses, threatens, demeans, or targets real individuals; deceptive impersonation, such as fake photographs of real people designed to mislead, or fabricated imagery presented as authentic evidence or news; or content that facilitates illegal activity, including instructions or realistic depictions intended to enable fraud, weapons manufacturing, or drug production.
This list is not exhaustive. We may refuse any content that we reasonably believe is harmful, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of this policy.
4. Automated Moderation
Prompts are screened by automated moderation systems before an image is generated. Prompts that appear to request prohibited content are refused, and no image is produced.
Automated moderation is imperfect: it may occasionally refuse harmless prompts or fail to catch harmful ones. A moderation refusal counts toward the operation of the Service but does not imply any accusation against you. Repeated attempts to bypass moderation may result in the loss of access to the Service.
5. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the images you generate. Passing moderation does not mean an image is lawful for every purpose or in every jurisdiction.
Before publishing or commercially using a generated image, consider whether it could infringe intellectual property rights, violate someone's privacy or image rights, or mislead viewers. When you share AI-generated images, we encourage you to disclose that they were created with AI, and some jurisdictions may require it.
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe content generated with PixGenia violates this policy or harms you or someone else, please contact us at legal@pixgenia.com with as much detail as possible. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
