Withdrawal and Refunds

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you subscribe to a plan to withdraw from it, without giving any reason (French Consumer Code, articles L221-18 and following). Inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement: an e-mail to support@pixgenia.com from the address used for the purchase is enough, or you may use the model form below.

By paying, you requested immediate access to the service. If you withdraw, the days already used remain due, in proportion to the period paid (French Consumer Code, article L221-25), and the rest is refunded. The plan then ends, and the refund is made to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your decision.

3. Cancelling a Plan

You can cancel at any time from your account page, with the "Cancel my subscription" link, which opens the Stripe billing portal; no e-mail to us is required, and the cancellation is confirmed to you by e-mail. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep full access until then, and no further payment is taken. After the withdrawal period, cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

4. Other Cases of Refund

A payment taken in error (for example a double charge) is refunded in full. If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period for a reason not attributable to you, the period paid and not used is refunded.

The statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following) applies independently of the right of withdrawal: in case of a lack of conformity, you may have it fixed free of charge or, failing that, obtain a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
